Why I built Jobsite AI

Contractors do not need another list of trendy apps. They need someone who has actually run crews, schedules and budgets to say which AI tools are worth the time — and how to use them on a real jobsite.

I built Jobsite AI as a free, practical directory first: short notes on how a contractor would use each tool, without the hype. When you want the stack installed for you, that is what the Done-for-You AI Setup is for.

What I help with

Bidding: cleaner scopes, proposals and follow-ups with AI in your existing tools
Scheduling and job costing: one source of truth and weekly budget-vs-actual review
Marketing: review requests and simple lead follow-up that actually gets done
Tool choice: picking a small stack from the free directory instead of testing fifty apps
